Zum einen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theluiz.com\/bluetooth\/viewtopic.php?f=17&amp;t=43#p268\">vermelden<\/a> die Jungs rund um <a href=\"http:\/\/iphonebluetooth.tk\/\">iphonebluetooth.tk<\/a> erste Fortschritte bei ihrem Projekt, die Bluetooth-Funktionalit\u00e4t des iPhones auf den Standard anderer Mobiltelefone zu heben.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>We have been able to initialise bluetooth in objective-c, linking to apples private frameworks, through only reverse engineering.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>We were able to talk in raw Host Controller Interface code, i.e. close to binary communications, using only POSIX functions that are available in any standard C library.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>To do that we had to initialise the BlueCore6-ROM type integrated circuit found on the iPhone 3g over a UART transport, formulate HCI packets and read the response.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Noch nichts handfestes also, aber immerhin wird am Versand von Visitenkarten, sowie dem Streamen und Tauschen von Musik bereits gearbeitet.<\/p>\n<p>Die zweite Status-Meldung kommt vom <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iphonelinux.org\/index.php\/Status\">iPhonelinux-Projekt<\/a>. Hier hat man sich eine Lauff\u00e4hige Linux-Distribution mit grafischer Oberfl\u00e4che zum Ziel gesetzt. Zumindest <a href=\"http:\/\/linuxoniphone.blogspot.com\/2008\/11\/boot-menus-so-far.html\">das Boot-Menu<\/a> f\u00fcr die Auswahl zwischen Apples iPhone-Betriebssystem und dem (irgendwann) erh\u00e4ltlichem Linux-Derivat steht bereits.
