Praktisch ist das Ganze immer dann, wenn ihr eure Ankunft ank\u00fcndigen wollt, aber nicht wisst, wie lange es bis dahin noch dauert, oder ihr eure Lieben bei einer Reise oder langen Autofahrt up to date halten wollt. Apple bietet mit \u201eWo ist\u201c eine vergleichbare Funktionalit\u00e4t an. Google Maps erlaubt es allerdings, seinen Standort auch mit Android-Nutzern zu teilen.<\/p>\n<p>Ihr k\u00f6nnt im Rahmen der Funktion nicht nur festlegen, wer eure Postion live verfolgen kann, sondern hierf\u00fcr auch einen Zeitrahmen abstecken. Neben einer festgelegten Freigabezeit besteht hier auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Einstellung so lange aktiv zu lassen, bis ihr sie manuell wieder deaktiviert.<\/p>\n<p>Google blendet dabei neben eurer aktuellen Position \u00fcbrigens auch den Akku-Stand eures iPhones ein.
