Man arbeite mit Hochdruck an der Einhaltung dieses Ziels und befinde sich bislang \u201evoll und ganz im Zeitplan\u201c. Eine Aussage, die die Bahn im Gro\u00dfraum Stuttgart sonst eher selten treffen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Aktuell vermeldet die Bahn den Vollzug der Ausstattung der Fahrzeuge im sogenannten Nord-Netz. Demnach bieten nun alle 60 Z\u00fcge, die auf den S-Bahn-Linien S4, S5 und S6\/S60 eingesetzt werden, kostenloses Internet \u00fcber WLAN an.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.ifun.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/s-bahn-stuttgart-wlan.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt werden nun insgesamt jene 97 Fahrzeuge umgebaut, die auf den Linien S1, S2 und S3 unterwegs sind. Die Z\u00fcge werden mit einer Rechnereinheit mit integriertem Router sowie jeweils drei Access-Points im Innenbereich und zwei Au\u00dfenantennen ausgestattet.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Bahnkunden ist das kostenlose WLAN-Netzwerk als \u201eWifi@DB\u201c sichtbar.
