Beide Unternehmen sollen jeweils f\u00fcnfzig Prozent der Anteile an dem Joint Venture halten.<\/p>\n<p>Dieter Zetsche, Vorsitzender des Vorstands der Daimler AG, kommentiert den Deal:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Als Pioniere des Automobilbaus werden wir nicht anderen das Feld \u00fcberlassen, wenn es um die urbane Mobilit\u00e4t der Zukunft geht.
