“Applications must not contain any obscene, pornographic, offensive or defamatory content or materials of any kind (text, graphics, images, photographs, etc.), or other content or materials that in Apple’s reasonable judgement may be found objectionable by iPhone or iPod touch users.”
An diesen Passus in den Richtlinien für die Entwicklung von iPhone-Spielen hat Apple die Entwickler von Mystic Game Development erinnert, nachdem diese das Fun-App iBoobs zur Veröffentlichung eingereicht hatten. Das Programm selbst lässt sich durch das unten angehängte Video wohl am besten beschreiben – ein netter Partyspaß der jedoch sicherlich auch hier und da Gemecker ausgelöst hätte, und diese Diskussionen wollte sich Apple offensichltich ersparen.
Nett ist auch der abschließende Satzbaustein in Apples Ablehnungsmail zu lesen: “If you believe that you can make the necessary changes so that iBoobs does not violate the iPhone SDK Agreement we encourage you to do so and resubmit it for review.” Fragt sich nur, wen das Programm nach den “necessary changes” noch interessiert…
